WARRANTY

We do not provide warranty for display and touch, unless covered by the manufacturer

Warranty excludes liquid damage and power failures, except the battery and charger, which are covered for power failures

Any physical damage noticed after purchase is not covered under warranty. This does not apply to delivery orders under our RISK-FREE delivery policy.

If any damage is found upon delivery, kindly inform the delivery personnel or contact us within 2 hours from the time of delivery.

The warranty sticker must be intact and undamaged.

The warranty of any pre-owned device is valid only for the customer to whom the invoice was issued. The warranty becomes void if the device is sold to a third party

14-day warranty for used iPhones and laptops, plus 30-day extended warranty for iPhone battery health and software.

iPhone battery health warranty can be claimed if the battery experiences a drop of 5% or more within the warranty period. As a solution, we will provide a brand-new original battery free of charge. Fixing charges apply.

SALES

Goods once sold will not be refunded under any circumstances, except when management is unable to provide a repair, replacement, or estimate within 30 days from the date of complaint for issues covered under warranty.

Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for returning goods once sold or delivered.

Goods will be dispatched only after cleared payment is received.

TRADE-IN

We accept trade-ins for cellular and computer devices; however, management reserves the right to reject any trade-in proposal.

Proof of purchase is required, and the customer must sign a document to finalize the trade-in.

Goods purchased from CellCo® can always be exchanged for an upgrade after a minimum usage period of 60 days from the date of purchase
