WARRANTY

  • We do not provide warranty for display & touch, unless provided by the manufacturer

  • Any kind of physical damage/impact found, made, noticed once after goods being sold doesn't come under warranty (this is not applicable for delivery orders as a part of our RISK-FREE delivery policy)

  • If any damages found upon delivery kindly inform the delivery personnel or contact us within 2 hours from the time of delivery

  • Warranty sticker should be in place with no damages found

  • Warranty is solely provided for the customer to whom invoice was issued, warranty void if device is sold to a third-party

  • 14 Days Warranty for used iPhone & Laptop + 30 Days extended warranty for iPhone Battery Health & Software

  • iPhone battery health warranty could be claimed if the battery experience a drop of 5% within the warranty period. As a solution we’ll provide a Brand-new Original Battery FREE-OF-CHARGE, Fixing Charges Applicable

SALES

  • Goods once sold will not be refunded under any conditions, except when the management couldn’t provide a repair/replacement/estimate as a solution within 30 days from the date of complaint for such issues covered under warranty

  • Change-of-mind is not an acceptable reason to return goods once sold/delivered 

  • Goods will be dispatched after receiving cleared payments

TRADE-IN

  • We accept trade-in for all kinds of cellular & computer devices but management may reject any trade-in proposal if it’s not interested

  • Proof of purchase is strictly required and customer should sign a document to finalize trade-in

  • Goods purchased from MFGC - Cellular & Computer can always be exchanged while upgrading, after reaching a minimum usage period of 60 Day’s from the date of purchase
